Hit Search's founder, Andrew Redfern, has help grow the business with no investment in the last five years seeing year-on-year growth despite the global recession and a reduction in marketing spend in the UK.

Andrew's previous role, as Director of Innovation for Europe's largest search specialist, was a unique role with the company that saw him launch seven new profitable products into the company. Successes include conceptualising a new service and processing model for the company, producing and managing the business plan from concept to deliver through to recruiting the staff and marketing the product.

Andrew has exhibited at Hit Search a consistent knack for being able to identify, recruit, and hire exceptional staffs, and for establishing highly productive and team-oriented work environments. Knowledge creation is at the focus of his core activity, with leading edge technology playing a key role in its delivery.

Thirteen years in online marketing has seen Andrew be quoted on the BBC, Guardian, trade press as well as appearing on BBC Radio 4.

Additional - Andrew is currently studying an MBA at The University of Liverpool and he is also a Non-Executive Director of UK Healthcare which is one of the leading providers of personal and corporate health cash plans. Making regular charitable donations to health-related charities and causes. Our charitable ethos is a key feature of our constitution as a not-for-profit organisation and during 2012 in excess of £50,000 was given to a wide range of worthwhile causes.
