What was the brief?

We were appointed by Fragrance Direct in December 2009 for an SEO campaign to start in January 2010.

As part of the original brief, Fragrance Direct were aware that they had already achieved some positive keyword positions across the UK's largest search engine results pages against their target keywords.

Our task therefore, was to maintain current keyword rankings and improve on them where possible, while in addition, finding additional keyword channels to dramatically increase sales revenue beyond their current delivery.

What were the results?

In comparing May 2009 data with May 2010 data, Hit Search have increased traffic volumes by 50% AND increase sales revenue by 35%!!

The current keyword position on Google for the term 'aftershave' is 1st AND the term 'perfume' is sat at 2nd!
