Supporting both Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese help Friendster maintain and extend its leadership position in Asia,” said David Jones, vice president of marketing at Friendster. “Support for Spanish, used by over 100 million Internet users, including as many as 19 million in the United States, extends Friendster’s addressable market to more than half the world,” said Jones.
