Today’s Google Trends: Google 2001

Todays hottest search on Google was “Google 2001”

Google has just celebrated it’s 10th birthday and have re-launched Google 2001 in honor of its birthday. The Google Search 2001 site looks like the Google of 7 years ago including the old logo, and lack of vertical search links.

The interesting part of Google 2001 is that search includes links to Internet Archive Wayback Machine versions of the sites in its index, which means you can search and browse like it’s 7 years ago and take a trip in to the past.

Google has today released its hottest searches. The Google trends daily hot list is based on Google user searches and are listed below.
