The Yahoo publisher network team commented today that there is an outage on the network.
Yahoo commented -
On Monday, October 1st, between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time, we’ll be performing a routine update to our system. Access to your Yahoo! Publisher Network account during that time may be limited. This update should not impact your account or the serving of ads on your site. Sorry for any inconvenience.
