Search Engine Marketing: AOL today announced its top 20 hottest search terms based on the most popular people, places and things AOL users search for every day.

Given its only short into 2008 its interesting some of the terms that stay topical all year round; “David Beckham”, “Christina Aguilera” and “Dating” all appear in the chart.

The AOL Hot Search Terms are based on AOL user searches.
