Omnicom has appointed Jason Kuperman as Vice President, Asia Pacific Digital Development. Kuperman was formerly Managing Director of the Shanghai office of, part of the TBWAnetwork.

In his new role, Kuperman will work closely with all Omnicom agencies to further enhance their digital capabilities and profiles. Kuperman will be based in Shanghai and report to Michael Birkin, Omnicom's Vice Chairman and Chairman and CEO of Asia Pacific.

"With the steep rise in digital services provided across all our agencies in numerous markets, we face a need to constantly build our capabilities through smart hiring, training and acquisitions. Jason's background is perfect to accomplish this," said Michael Birkin.
