It offers three levels of membership
And costs upto £2,000. Their site says :

This simple, efficient and secure system allows you to make and maintain key business relationships with other members from within the new media, mobile and telecoms sectors including operators, content providers, ISPs, carriers and software providers.
Use the networking tool to search for and make unlimited private contact with fellow members – including leading industry figures such as conference speakers and editorial figures from the FT.
