Gigablast is a great search engine and has some cool features has today announced the hiring of Marcus Ruark as VP of Sales and Marketing.
He will lead Gigablast’s sales and marketing organizations and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales efforts, business development, customer relations, product strategy, and marketing.

Ruark brings substantial experience from his tenure at Optiant, Inc., a venture-backed supply chain optimization company in Boston, MA, where he was CEO and co-founder. Before co-founding Optiant, Ruark was co-founder and VP of Marketing for Commotion Technology, Inc. (acquired by Brooks Automation, NASDAQ: BRKS).
