

blinkx today announced a partnership with Westwood, the most recognized urban DJ of the decade.
Launching today, users will have access to hundreds of hours of hip hop as it happens, capturing how it goes down with hottest UK grime and rap artists in freestyle and interviews with the biggest US artists as well as a behinds the scenes look of Westwood in radio, clubs, on tour and crazy stuff like Pimp My Ride spoofs at blinkx.com.

Under the terms of the agreement, blinkx’s unique AdHoc platform will be used to locate and place contextually relevant advertising against the content, sharing resulting revenue with Westwood TV.
Broadcasting on BBC Radio One, Westwood is one of the UK’s most recognized Urban DJs, regarded as a key figure in hip hop in Europe and a pioneer of the UK scene.
