Search trends; ‘Lost’ season finale dominates Internet searches

This mornings hottest Internet searches on Google was dominated by searches for the season finale of “Lost” which aired in America last night clearly displaying the link between large scale media penetration and Internet searches.
The Lost Season 4 finale is due to air in the UK this Sunday with a hour episode; will be interesting to see if the searches in the US match what people over the pond are searching for come Sunday.
