The team at Wildfox were aware of a continually low conversion rate from the website. They needed some expertise to analyse the data and understand why these issues were occurring and how they could be addressed in a timely manner.
Wildfox Couture appointed Hit Search for a range of Digital Marketing services with an initial focus Conversion Rate Optimisation. A quick turn around on research, planning and results was absolutely key to helping drive the business forward.
OUR SOLUTION
We undertook initial research to plot the traffic volumes against known Google updates and quickly identified an issue.
We then embarked on a programme of conversion rate optimisation, starting with analysing the existing data, reviewing site content, customer profiling, and competitor analysis.
There were several key findings, including simplification of forms, banner repositioning and basket prominence, which we worked into a plan of action against agreed goals. We then implemented our recommendations on the Homepage, product and category pages for A/B testing to prove our theories.
