The aim of this report is to understand and measure how different insurance companies within the UK are tackling the opportunities of digital marketing. By investigating the marketing activity of the top 50 insurance companies, we were able to compare the approaches and identify any changes to this sector’s marketing strategies in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
