Instead of tweaking each sponsored post and testing which audience interacts and generally engages with your posts the most, you’ll already know the demographic you should be targeting from your persona research.

Have a clear goal in mind
This seems basic, but you shouldn’t focus on a broad goal such as increase followers by 50%. Your goal needs to be SMART; specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely. Having a smart goal can help your firm’s marketing team stay focused, it’s also so much easier and quicker to measure progress when you’ve outlined your goals like this.
Align your smart goal to your persona data. For example, will increasing your following by 50% actually help you engage and inform your buyer personas? Maybe not. Maybe you’d benefit from focusing on engagement levels instead. Whatever you feel is right for your firm and its audience, outline a goal you feel will impact your strategy the most!
Take advantage of marketing automation
Marketing automation isn’t just for email marketing, you can automate your social media posts, too. Scheduling your posts through platforms such as Hootsuite can really help you save time and resources - you still need to log into each of your social platforms every day, just in case you miss any important messages from customers! But being able to write a block of social media posts a week or more in advance certainly, has its advantages.
