Award-winning search marketing company HitSearch has announced that it has once again passed its annual ISO 9001 quality audit.
ISO 9001 defines a company's Quality Management System (QMS) standard. This refers to the way that an organisation directs and controls how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved. HitSearch first received its accreditation in 2010 and has now achieved the recognition for the third year running.
HitSearch Director, Andrew Redfern, commented: "The quality standard outlines HitSearch's efficiency and focus on quality, bringing improvements to the way processes are carried out and ultimately resulting in less waste. Achieving ISO 9001 standards in a growing business allow processes top become smoother and more efficient."
National Business Standards' Jemma Brooks added: "ISO 9001, through National Business Standards provides businesses with a clear competitive advantage and by achieving certification since 2010 HitSearch has demonstrated its commitment to quality and to delivering this quality to clients, through its processes".
